How To Order

Ordering through our online shop is safe and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Browse through the products and select the ones you like by clicking on the ADD TO CART button. The products will then be added to your cart. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the VIEW CART link. Don't worry if you want to remove an item, you can do this easily on your cart page.

2. When you are ready to place your order simply click on the CHECKOUT button. This will take you to a secure page where you can safely fill out your name, address and credit card information. New customers must give themselves a user name and password which will enable us to give you a more personalized service.

3. When you have filled out all the necessary information and you are happy with the products in your cart click the PLACE ORDER button and you are finished!

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders received before noon on the same day.

Packaging: We try to re-cycle as much packing materials as possible when we make up your order.

If you prefer to order via telephone, please write down the codes and quantities for the products you wish to order and give us a ring on 01872 272 314. Please note that our discounts only apply to orders placed via the online shop. Due to high turn-over of product lines we are not doing a printed catalogue at present.
